Machined from solid 1018 cold rolled steel and featuring a heavy wall 1020 steel down tube. Finished in a 2 part black automotive paint for durability. An oversized lower foot plate completes the package, which features a replaceable 6061 aluminum wear plate (wear plate also available in a thicker 1/2” version to reduce lean angle). Increased spring tension also keeps the side stand in place when riding rough terrain. Compatible with OEM side stand switch.

Note: The magnet holder depicted in product photos is not included in this kit. This part is necessary for proper vehicle operation. The original side stand switch magnet should be transferred from your old side stand to this one if the user has not installed a third-party side stand bypass switch (such as the Vanasche side stand bypass).

Lightweight aluminum struts finished in a satin black automotive paint. The brackets utilize existing mounting points, so no modifications to the bike are required. They make a tremendous difference in reducing tower flex, as well as helping to prevent the OEM headlight guard from constantly popping out. The kit also helps with taller windscreens, or windscreen extensions. Mounted discreetly on either side of the headlight, the brackets provide a solid, stable connection that enhances overall confidence and control by reducing the amount of play in the navigation tower.
3D printed air box drain plugs to replace the OEM plugs, which have a tendency to not seal properly, allowing dust and debris into the air box ahead of the OEM paper filter location. The Treadwell Moto Air Box Drain Plugs come with two sets of Uni Dual Layer 40/60 PPI foam ready to be oiled with your favorite air filter oil.
Laser cut rear support bracket designed to reinforce the back of the headlight assembly and prevent cracking or failure from vibration and repeated impacts. Bent from an aluminum plate for strength and precise fitment, the bracket installs cleanly using existing mounting points, with no permanent modifications required. High strength VHB backing ensures a secure, rattle free interface, while the included replacement bolt adds extra stiffness and stability to the entire assembly.
